Vietnamese agricultural products conquer Asian markets
Agricultural exports have gone two-thirds of the way to 2024 with an impressive figure of more than 46 billion USD. This is the basis for agricultural products to soon reach the target of 55 billion USD this year.

In addition to the US and European markets, the Asian market is also the destination of Vietnamese enterprises. Vietnamese agricultural products are gradually asserting their position in this continent.
As a business specializing in exporting coffee to European markets. However, realizing that the demand for coffee consumption in the Asian market is increasing. At the same time, consumers prefer Vietnamese coffee products, so in the past 2 years, Phuc Sinh Joint Stock Company has started looking for partners from Asia.
Not only coffee, but also seafood, especially fruits, are gradually gaining the trust and love of Asian people. In addition to China, which accounts for a large market share of Vietnamese agricultural products, countries such as Japan and Korea also have a great demand for importing tropical fruits and vegetables from Vietnam. In the first 9 months of 2024, the export value of agricultural products to the Asian market increased by 17.4% over the same period.
Mr. Tran Anh Khoa - General Director of Anh Khoa Company Limited said: "Regarding the economic situation in 2024, Asia is one of the potential and favorable markets for Vietnamese seafood such as transportation costs and logistics in shorter time compared to other continents. Capital turnover is also one of the favorable issues for the current unstable economy".
"This is a region with money, a large population, high income, and is ready to consume Vietnamese fruits and vegetables. The remaining problem is how to ensure quality and meet consumer tastes," said Mr. Dang Phuc Nguyen - General Secretary of the Vietnam Fruit and Vegetable Association.
According to the Vietnam Fruit and Vegetable Association, in the current fruit and vegetable export structure, Northeast Asian countries such as China, Korea, Japan... account for 80% of the turnover.
