Enterprises, business households, production, processing and exporting facilities of agricultural products and fresh fruits need to proactively have solutions to ensure effective export.

Currently, agricultural products and fruits always account for 70 - 80% of the structure of export products through Lang Son province; at Friendship Pass Border Gate (Guangxi, China); The Chinese Customs force is maintaining 100% inspection of fruit shipments that have not yet signed the Protocol on Plant Quarantine Requirements for Vietnamese fresh fruits exported to China and Strictly handle cases found to violate regulations related to the quality of imported goods; (Currently, among the 11 types of Vietnamese fruits officially exported to China include: bananas, durian, mangosteen, watermelon, dragon fruit, mango, jackfruit, longan, lychee, rambutan and passion fruit, only 4 types of fruits including: durian, mangosteen, watermelon and banana have signed the Protocol on plant quarantine requirements).

To continue to ensure that Vietnam's agricultural products and fruits fully meet the standards and requirements of the Chinese market; Aiming to expand the scale of exporting high-quality Vietnamese agricultural products to the Chinese market, the Department of Industry and Trade of Lang Son province requires:

Departments of Industry and Trade of provinces and cities continue to coordinate and strengthen information and propaganda work widely to units; At the same time, it is recommended that units produce, process, package and export agricultural products regularly; proactively monitor, promptly grasp and update changes in policies, standards, conditions and requirements on imported goods, especially agricultural products and fresh fruits from China to proactively have solutions in production and business, ensuring effective import and export.

Enterprises, business households, production, processing and export facilities of agricultural products; Fresh fruit passing through border gates in Lang Son province must strictly comply with the requirements, conditions, and quality standards of goods on origin traceability, plant quarantine, and food safety approved by the Government. China regulations; proactively monitor and update new changes in import market regulations; Follow the instructions of competent authorities and specialized agencies to ensure safety standards and quality of exported products according to Chinese law. At the same time, comply with regulations on preservation, packaging, packaging, labeling... according to each type of Chinese imported goods; The preservation of fresh fruit for export must ensure fruit quality, not mixing toxic chemicals, strange flavors... with exported fresh fruit; The labeling of traceability labels on packaging (cartons, bales...) must ensure the required information and content; The packaging meets import regulations, in which wooden packaging and packaging materials are processed in accordance with ISPM 15 standards; proactively update and comply with changes in regulations, requirements on preservation, packaging... of import markets.
