Strive for the whole year of 2024, the GDP growth rate of the whole industry is 3.2 - 4%, in which the value of cultivation increases by 2 - 2.2%; the value of livestock production increases by 4 - 5%; the value of aquaculture production increases by 3.7 - 4%; the value of forestry production increases by 5 - 5.5%.

To achieve this goal, the agricultural sector must change its mindset from taking output to added value as the goal; change its mindset from increasing output to increasing value, increasingly meeting domestic consumption and export needs.
